After their d-bag co-worker Ted bails on their moving company a driving position suddenly opens up that would give Dustin the finances to move up in the world. The problem is he's not the only one up for the promotion. Booksmart Rookie Randall wants nothing more than to impress his new boss by moving the hell out of some furniture and getting the new job. Dustin and Randall duke it out alongside their mates, Amanda - a misogynistic pre-op transsexual - and Bent - a lovable alcoholic, to impress their uptight clients and score the day's top customer comment card rating and a lifetime of moving glory.
